If you turn to Oppo's midrangers, the camera reviews are very poor.

Not everyone needs a Snapdragon 8 Gen3. If the photo part doesn't interest you, a POCO X6 Pro at €350 is sufficient.

What this Chinese brand doing. People understood that gimmicking Periscope sensor or cinematography are not important. Optimization and output are important.

HyperionBurn, 22 Jan 2024yup 100%, 8mp is a crime in 2024.Even 12MP is a crime if it's on a flagship. Scamsung is very guilty of this, though Realme is worse considering that the Realme GT5 Pro still has an 8MP ultrawide.

to collaborate with a guy who if he uses a phone for photos, it is an iPhone or maybe the s23u or the s24u and maybe and just maybe a sony

Okay so Huawei and Xiaomi got Leica, Vivo got Zeiss, Oppo and Oneplus got Hasselblad and Realme got mr Miranda? Wait what? Lmao

Seriously though, they just need to download a few gcam ports, study that and then reverse engineer that. They could also ask Oppo for help as arguably they have the best camera system on the market. Phone tuning isn't something crazy because the hardware is good enough, manufacturers just mess up big time. Reducing too much noise, boosting shadows too much, oversaturating colors, incorrect white balance. Just keep the noise, noise isn't something but, reduce it slightly, enough to not be an eye sore like RAW photos but not so much that they look like over smoothened messes like Samsung photos sometimes. Try to keep contrast and saturation kind of realistic and provide a slider for saturation and contrast control like Apple's styles. Boom, you get to keep purists happy as well as people who want pop. Giving people those controls that they can just go and tweak is something that manufacturers are starting to understand. Like Xiaomi's Leica presets, Vivo's Zeiss colors or Apple's styles. Hope to see something even deeper than those that just tunes the camera to the user's desires. Like an easy to use gcam or something.

For those wondering, Mr Miranda will still use his Arriflex, Sony venice or whatever professional cinema camera. There is no way this guy using a smartphone, let alone a realme. Just wanted to say it's all a marketing gimmick.

So Realme mobiles go up in price,or am I reading this wrong, hmmm🤔

Shouldn't they have a better camera to get the cinematographer on board?
