Still it's better to use devices carefully or else who knows who need to visit that doctor.

A chip is always better than a crack. There's definitely some improvement here.

Sand particles are everywhere and the only way to not come in contact with them is to live in a "clean room" of a laboratory 24/7.

A tempered glass screen protector fell off my Note9 after 1 year, I cautiously continued & to this day have no problems.

I use a screen protector on my S23U's GG Victus 2 because I've seen YouTuber's with scratches.

This new GG Armor seems like it improves scratch protection (maybe as much as GG 3 & GG 5?, IF so then you'd only need a case for drop protection/ resistance which clearly still needs improving.

HUAWEI's Kunlun glass seems to be the best, we should be able to pay them a fair price to use it.

Got the S24U today and first thing i do was installing some glass protection and a wallet case which have protected all my phones since the first smartphone, never broke a display at al.
A good panzerglass and a solid case voila. My phones looks like brand new the day i change to another new phone.

Like I said, it's not like I'm a construction worker or a stone mason. I never even put my keys in the same pocket even though I know keys are the least of a problem.

And for scratch resistance, notice the claim is scratch resistant, not scratch proof. Scratches can and will happen, its just more difficult to scratch compared to standard glass
