Bootloader is more for the people who modify a lot and develop
Also some old phones can lose app support so installing newer version of Android on a old phone can save it to last more years.

Losing the last small(ish) flagship with a headphone jack would be a loss.

Based on the way OP said "added to my Galaxy" I believe they are already using Galaxy S models. Also Iphone is a no go for most Android users. For me galaxy S is the only option available and I think I would continue buying it as long as Samsung maintains the size.

I'm guessing it will be the last (they just released it since it's already in the pipeline). I mean no reason to make the ROG8 into a more mainstream looking phone unless they are trying to merge the lineup.

It clearly will discontinue the moment their ROG phones are more mainstream.

I have a feeling that the Zenfone 11 series will come in two months.

Ocramavaf, 24 Jan 2024Did you read the article?Yeah but i missed the part where they denied the rumor. Good for them i guess.

These 2 brands should be in your market. Both of them also cost less then the Zenfone and probably both of them have also better cameras on them. Never mind that both of them have long software support over Asus 2 years support.

                                  https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=12380&idPhone2=12082&idPhone3=11861

Asus phones are really underrated. Ik the zenfone lineup is focusing on compact phones but if they made an 11+ with a much larger screen and battery I would 100% buy one.

Oh no,Asus. Please keep 5.9 inch display. I'm looking forward to this device, I skipped No. 10, because my Zenfone 9 is still a great performer and in perfect condition and pleases me every day. No. 11 would take me over, only when the size would not change. Fingers crossed.
