ROG phone for people that don't want ugly gamer phone. Love to see it. I would've bought this phone had I not just bought one lol

What a pointless thing , on paper atleast there is very little difference between the ROG amd this.
Before atleast there was some product differentiation.
Hope Asus gets some sense and goes back to beefy speakers, active cooling without aeroactive cooler and a chonky 7000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging. Let the phone be huge, gamers would not mind.

But at same time defends SoCs with old tech (cores A75/76/55) if they are made by Unisoc and Mediatek when these cores were announced years ago. But would bash if qualcomm was selling them.
Demands sony to drop latest tech Exmor T to go back to old tech Exmor RS just because xiaomi and vivo do not has this tech.
In case you dont know (or dont want to know) , something to "stand out" costs money. Then you and other will be demanding Asus to still ask price 20-30% lower than samsung/apple while giving more.
The "stand out " stuff you want, do not help selling more. No surprise Top10 most sold phones on Earth in 2023 were all from Apple and Samsung. Ones that do nothing new.

Nice to see Asus still continuing, but for a 2024 device the cameras are sub-par , the OS updates are too few and the price is going to be too high.
It's as though Asus WANTS Zenfone to fail.
Zenfone 6 was amazing: EVERYTHING that others didn't have and many of the features competition had removed.
Asus really haven't gotten it right since.

Especially their own ones that cost way more.
Wireless headphones are convenient and still a marvel, but wired headphones are always going to be better, and they're still used widely and professionally in many cases. There's a reason why headphone connectors and headphone jacks still exist even if they are an 150 year old invention (even though they weren't used for headphones for a while).
The only real reason why the jack's seen a decline is because of Apple ditching it for AirPods, and almost all other phone manufacturers tagging along because they realize they can make a lot of money from it. Like I said, outside of smartphones it's still used widely.

You seriously need to stop trolling.
Even those galaxy M with plastic back, plastic frames, useless smaller cameras and smaller body are above 200g when battery is larger than 6000mAh.

Z11u and Rog8 seems to be like 90% similar.

I'm pretty sure that if the zenfone 11 line won't be compact anymore it won't sell that well. Like the number 1 pro of the whole zenfone 8-10 was because it was compact.
