              Apple sells more in the US caused they are used to it and they feel it's comfortable and reliable.

                  So Apple is just waiting until someone actually makes the tech so they could be a main buyer and claim "innovation" as usual. Probably waiting on their "Asian manufacturer" buddy to do the heavy lifting first, then add the "magic Apple touch". Basically if LG or Samsung improves the tech up to "Apple standard", then this iPhone Flip will happen. Otherwise they would've made one in 2018. Seems they aren't that good at their innovation game 🤭

They didn't become trillion dollar company for not doing smart business. Apple is actually just a design company. The have no factories themselves. iPhones are primarily made by Foxconn. Macs are made by Foxconn and Quanta. They sourced components from other companies as well, using Samsung panels and Sony camera modules.

                    Samsung putting LTPO panels on the S Ultra phones were basically as a tech demo for Apple. Apple waited until Samsung can produce enough in volume, then they bought in, and voila, Pro-Motion on the iPhone Pros.

                    But I disagree on the camera result. Let's admit that the features like smart HDR and night mode were significant improvements. The key is software, and that's where Apple excels. I mean look at how long for Samsung to even open their camera features to 3rd party apps like Instagram. Like it or not, that's where Apple did things right.

                      Can't wait for Apple to invent the flip phone in 2028

They have just invented Virtual Realit... moreI am not an iPhone user because they are closed in that ecosystem and is not the way to go for a Windows/Linux user, but they have my respect for not doing every stupid thing everybody else does, like foldable phones which are 100% hype, more expensive, less reliable, less functional ...until laws of physics will change and glass will start bending.
                          That respect lowered with the launch of their VR set and will lower again if they do foldables.

                              Try sell iphone pro max with similar price as Z Fold, and you would find people prefer Z Fold over iPhone.

                                It's clever. Apple let all the companies innovate design and redesign. They spend on the R&D. Then they wait until everyone has built 100x different hinges, by then manufacturers are charging a fraction of the cost for materials, and then Apple acts like they spent all this time "refining" a perfect design, when it's absolute nonsense.

                                Go get an iPhone X. Compare the photos to the 15. They're almost the same. Meanwhile we get told rubbish that it's this wild 4 generation jump. More cap. Trillion dollar company.
