Don't worry ARM architecture will smoke this.
Intel is well known for it's inefficient x86 architecture their reign will end soon on the desktop side too, Microsoft is also helping a lot making it's OS powered by Intel CPU's more ugly repulsive and inefficient with each new generation. Practically with each new OS Microsoft develops it consumes more and more resources so that the apps that runs on it run slower and slower on each new Windows version, basically you need at least 1 CPU core to run the OS and others left to run the applications, but new Windows versions will need all the CPU cores just to run only the OS so there will be no CPU cores left to run the applications, I know it sounds stupid but that's how stupid Microsoft is developing their OS'es. LMAO :)))))))))))

this is too late for Intel ... Qualcomm already grab the mobile market ... IT, Broadcom, Nvidia also in line and much ahead ... keep on trying Intel

For the one who is asking about the gpu ,it will be an intel hd 4000 with 1/4 EUs ,so it'll be near ipad 4 and the source is Anandtech's article.

This is what Android phones need... the top notch processors from Intel! Ultra fast! Ultra efficient! Ultra powersaving!

Would be a good choice too for Windows Phones!

          GO INTEL GO INTEL!

they should put a corei7 and the something like GTX780m in their next mobile phone...

Intel is allways behind with its GPU, I was praying for the next gen atoms with 22nm and rogueGPU, but it seems just a dream now. It is iteresting, intel have the power to dominate the smartphone chipset market, but its allways playing safe, now that haswell intel core is lauched with 5200 intel hd graphics, wich promisses the same quality as a nvidia 600m, intel could lauch a Silvermont atom with at least powervr 6200...

So a quad core Silvermont gets up to 3x the powet of the dual core Clover Trail?
This means that a dual core Silvermont - the one to come in smartphones - should give about 1.5 times better performance..and will still be easily beaten by the snapdragon 800 or a 2ghz Octa ARM.

I wonder I Qualcomm would be under standing this yet.

Is the gpu the same level as series 6 rogue, and can it support floating point ?

I can see the end of ARM dominance getting closer.
Only Intel can outdo themselves and any other chip maker.
