The 16 Pro Max may offer the longest-lasting battery on an iPhone to date.

Sort by:

8GB ram and 2TB disk space.
I assume the price will be bigger than Vision pro by Apple.

    Probably like 2100€ for 1TB and 3000€ for 2TB.
    Because logic.

      You forgot the power of 32 mb memory card of nokia 3650. I still remember various tech forums where people used to argue how much memory card capacity nokia engage or Nokia 6600 could take. Main problem is how much more Apple will charge for 2tb.

                For me the biggest improvement for Apple should be finding a solution to significantly reduce the size of the dynamic island, or even better, an option of UD.

It’s also going to be bigger, heavier and far more complicated, thus less convenient than a smartphone.                       I get 2tb does seems a tad excessive right now, though I can remember when 256gb was also deemed as such, heck I’m old enough to remember when people called me silly for putting a 16gb sd card into my N97, with its 32gb onboard storage 🤷

                        Oh what wonderful advice! If you may want to ‘store’ 2tb of photos or video, Instead of paying around the 1500 mark for something like an iPhone, you should instead pay a couple thousand if not more on a mirrorless camera and a then a whole bunch more again on ‘stacks’ (yes stacks) of SD cards and SSD drives….🤔

                        Cause that’ll be more cost effective, simple and convenient now won’t it 🤦‍♂️

                        What’s your solution if somebody wants to..say…listen to slightly better quality music on their smartphone, buy a record studio or something? 🤷

                          It all carries on regardless of customer requirements/abilities, everywhere unfortunately . Apple are not the worst but in good light the main camera on an old Nokia 808 or 1020 gives far better detail resolution than any current phone, as the sacrifice you make for yer actual quad-bayer is a quartering of the listed resolution to gain the dubious ability to use a tiny sensor successfully in low light.
                          These old machines no not have the ability to do ultrawide-angle panoramas either, but how long will the sweep panorama creative be made to wait to improve on the 2018 LG7 with its 16mm ultrawide pans as well as 4K video that is probably more detailed too.
                          Do they count on our stupidity as customers to ignore completely that we are being limited to much smaller images than the machinery is capable of? I note they broach the AI (generative) for the 16 model to play catchup with Samsung and Google, and the rest, but if you cannot use it to generate ultrawide panoramas or create lavish soundscapes you need decent phones to listen with, but cant use without adding a dongle and nullifying external storage options utterly (because its only got one port, see?
                          Will the 16 be equipped with TWO USBC/Thunderbolt 4 ports? Will the bigger battery turbo charge lkike a Huawei or a Xiaomi?
                          The prices are being hiked each year without these basic needs being attended to, and Apple are not alone here as all the Androids are equally guilty.

                              Now, the MLA display is interesting. Isn't that exclusive to LG Display? Doesn't that mean Apple will be single sourcing OLEDs from LG instead of also ordering from Samsung?
