    Meanwhile Spotify is paying artists less than other music streaming services. Oh, and Spotify also does 70/30 split for artists. Hypocrites.

      Android is open and free, but the segment is less likely to spend money on apps. Meanwhile, despite the fee on Apple platform, the user segment is more likely to spend money on apps. This data has been shown multiple times over and over. Thus developers are still attracted to Apple platform regardless, as the potential to make money is greater.

                  I remember when i started my software engineering journey, i was so frustrated when i learned that Apple Developer account costs USD99 but Android is for free. Though I hated Apple products before but the hatred tripled after then. Their closed system? Lack of customisations, payment for everything.. yeish

                        Even if this followed through, nothing will happen to Apple. They'll still be the rich, over-glorified company they've always been. Their last good iPhone was the 13 series, their iPads are ahead of the competition, sure but their Macs are just scams. 16 gigs for an extra 200 bucks is outrageous. I can buy a whole new CPU with that. i5-13400F looking good tbh
