Most of people worldwide only buy Samsung or Apple for phone with price above 500USD (or equivalent).
This news is about Oppo/Oneplus foldable, in which they have far lower sales compared to Samsung foldable.
Today they might say continue selling foldables, but i would not be surprised either if someday in the future they would stop producing foldables.

Vivo and Oppo make some of the best foldables on the market. It would be a shame if they stopped releasing them. It also wouldn't be any sense to abandon a growth area.

Phew, thankfully they will keep going. I watched the review on the flip phone n3 by Will and what caught my attention was specifically that the flip phone did not get hot. I hate when phones get hot. Most reviewers do not mention this. I have a pixel 6a and this phone just gets to hot for comfort. I want a flip phone from Oppo.

I applaud Oppo for selling the Find N3 Fold in Indonesia, competing with Samsung, no other brand sells it. Sold for $1900 with 16/512GB. Oppo is one of the biggest market share here.
