I was waiting for this "hero device" since Elop made the hints. But they could have tried to decrease the size of that hump. Anyway I think now it is the time to switch from Nokia X6 to Nokia Lumia EOS..

For those who say this phone is ugly:
1- it may be even more ugly in reality, these pics are alleged
2- you got my word Nokia won't force you to buy that
3- i want me only to have it and no one else
It has the upgraded version of the 41mpx PV camera of the 808!

I don't mind the thickness if it comes with great camera but common Nokia do something about those vessels! Lumia 920 is nice but has huge footprint considering its screen size. I am hoping Sony will surprise me with the honamy or else i need another year to justify to replace my S2.
Don't get me wrong there are plenty of phones that are worth upgrading but not for me when i have to pay 600 euro to get one...

I still think for this phone to be successful or be any use for end users is to have interchangeable lens!!
Else this is bound to fail.

808 169 grams, 920 185 grams, so this will be over 200 grams if 920 materials used? Start to be bit too heavy for me. Otherwise nice phone.

Finally THE MOBILE CAMERA comes to a proper smartphone!
My friend has 808 Pureview and the picture and video quality were awesome. I didn't buy it only because it was running Symbian. Gonna buy this one surely.
As for the complaints:
- Yes it is protruding in the back, what did you expect? It's 41MP, it has to protrude. It's a compromise you have to make if you want to get the best in the class. As for its circular shape, it's possible that we may see attachable lens add-ons for even awesomer photography.
- 32GB is more than sufficient if you have a PC where you can keep moving all your data, and I assume anyone that wilk buy such a costly phone should have one.

i see ... moreI was an Andriod user for 3years. 3 days before I got iPhone 4S. But I still have 4 Nokia phones at home and carry a Nokia C5 in my car as a back up.
Most of the Mobile users grow up with Nokia and enjoyed Nokia N series and Symbian through out last decade. Yeh times have changed and those days are gone. But most still do have the respect for what Nokia did for the mobile phones. And like many other who have fond memories with Nokia, is expecting them to return. They don't bother what OS or what applications they have, but they wait for the right moment. Its Nokia's decision what mix they have in their product.
