    What's the use of mass-producing 1tb microSD cards if majority of Samsung smartphones don't have any MicroSD card slot?

    Was this advertise for portable windows gaming consoles? Are we gonna see a SAMSUNG GAME CONSOLE that will compete from the likes of Steam Deck, ROG ALLY, MSI CLAW, GPD WIN SERIES, ONEXPLAYER SERIES, AYA NEO SERIES, LENOVO LEGION GO, and such?

      If the S24 lineup would have the sd card slot I'd buy the Ultra or the Plus today! I already have a 1TB SD card from sandisk and it's amazing !
      I'm using S20 FE 5G that I've bought last year in March especially for the sd card slot .
      My money would have went on a better phone but no SD card slot = NO BUY!

      Bring back the SD Card slot and the 3.5mm jack on high-end flagships! They will sell like cupcakes

        The irony of Samsung releasing these

        Because only lower-midrangers and entry level smartphones have SD card slots nowadays

          Who cares about read speed. What's the write speed? What's the speed class rating of these SD Express cards? 150? 300? Funny that Samsung doesn't even put the standardized new rating on the card (E15, E300, etc).

            Samsung, please bring these slots back again!!!

              Sd card are still a good option.
              Especially of laptop and pc.
              I also use sd card to store data which i didn't need frequent

              This also get benefit of raspberry pi

                This is may be Switch 2 related. It is said they developped this in collaboration with a mysterious partner.
                If internal storage is now using fast UFS rather than eMMC, expanded stockage also needs to be faster rather than standard SD cards. Games have to be played both from the internal storage and expanded stockage.

                  These will go nicely with a Sony flagship 🤣🤣

                      The S20 Ultra sold a lot in its 128GB variety thanks to the fact that you bought one of these 256 or 512 SD cards and you already had plenty of storage, that boosted sales!! Take note Samsung, stop being so Apple and go back to your path that was better for you...


                      The fact that current phones don't come with the slot doesn't bother me, but if they do, it won't bother me either.

                        A fantastic option to just pop into their flagship phones for more storage.. oh wait..
