          Hi,

Design is nice, however for today's consumer like us has a lot of phones to choose. This phone is perfect, however no 3g connection nor the 3.5 G HSDPA has been impart this is not good since most new phones have those features, and as consumer we want a perfect phone wherein we can browse and watch movie on the go like youtube on the phone.

When compared to something like a nokia e71 or BB Bold, this phone fails in the looks department. Anyone know why the display is not centered? what is on the left side of the display?

frank, 09 Oct 2008No 3G? why does Moto always have a compulsion to self destr... moreI agree.

With the previous Qs, it was the lack of Wi-Fi. Now it's the lack of 3G. Funny how Moto works. I think their corporate motto is "You get some, you lose some."

Q11 aside, Motorola has yet to release a "killer" phone that features all that you expect from a phone to join the ranks of say, Nokia N95 or SE Xperia. Seriously, are their R&D department being bribed by other manufacturers to sink the company?

What is the company to gain from the absence of 3G? NONE, exactly. Let's just hope that this is just a 3G-less variant of the phone intended for 3G less nations. Consistent with the Motorola principles again, they may yet again release upgrades and multiple variants of this phone as they have in the past...

nice design. no 3g? what a big mistake! how can u produce a sophisticated, business oriented phone but it has no 3g?

Nice phone but the lack of 3g seems kinda disappointing. However, the Q series is an honest to goodness smart/PDA phone. I think business oriented people on a budget will like this phone, and you do not need 3g for that.

No 3G? why does Moto always have a compulsion to self destruct and take one step backward with every step forward?

i feel so bad bout moto, why they release such a phone without thinking twice. they should know that competition in this business is not a joke.

hoping that moto could make something new and refresh as they did years back. i used to love this brand. but it was years ago...

For Standard edition, 64MB Ram should be fine, not alot of RAM but enough to run all the app smoothly. Also, you can probably buy 3 of Q11 with the price of X1....

It will be a budget QWERTY pda phone. I'm hoping the price will be $300-ish so I can get one for myself :)

64MB of RAM! Oh my God! I wonder how many applications could work at the same time. Sony ericsson Xperia X1 has a 384MB of RAM memory and I wonder how will this phone compete with it.( Maybe, if the pricing is lower.)
