It's just sad to see that Samsung is trying so hard to compete with Nokia's Pureview cameras (808, EOs) and Sony's upcoming Honami, instead of bringing some real innovation luke when Nokia brought Pureview or HTC with Ultrapixel (although it didn't work so well). It's just a camera with Jellybean on-board.
Come on, who is going to talk through this. If Nokia wanted they would have brought optical zoom, but they didn't bcoz it made the phone thicker.
So Sammy next time, at least try to keep it slim... ;)

i wonder it is real or photoshop, is samsung so dumb that it can launch such thing in market as cameraphone?? As a point and shoot camera it would be ideal entry level budget device but as a camera phone yuk yuk!
Maybe samsung thinks that it has made sammy fans dumb enough to buy this thing (whatever it is) then also only 1% fans maybe that dumb...

Maybe they ... moretruely right bro! nokia cameras for the win! but if samsung can raise their bar to nokias camera standard, there will be little improvement left to be made!(nokias battery is awesome so i guess this is what they would also have to match)

Until they conquer imaging software (like pureview) they're just wasting everyones time.

i am big nokia fan, i do not like samsung anymore, BUT, optical 10x optical zoom is more reliable and better than the digital "cropped" zoom of pureview 808,ESPECIALLY in video movie mode, and the lens of samsung's camera is much bigger than 808, a very important fact for light on sensor. it is hard to say now,future tests will show. but samsung's offer is very appealing too. i like this cute pig, really
