Nokia Lo... morehei dont compare galaxy zoom with 928.compare galaxy zoom with future nokia eos.sammy cant stand near nokia.
and now samsung fans argue that this will fit perfectly in our pockets.but nokia eos is too thick and wont fit perfectly in our pockets.

I'm sure it will fit perfectly in anyone's pocket ! Pure engineering !(sarcasm :D) Pure sense of proportions ! Well, you might say a cameraphone is not designed to fit in a jeans pocket, but the basic idea of a MOBILE phone is to be able to be carried anywhere. In fact, I cannot understand the idea of a cameraphone just because it cannot be a phone. However, it can be an awesome camera and just that.
PS: Can you imagine someone talking on such a thing ? If yes, what would you think about that person?

Can't Samsung get a clue? If it's this thick, I might as well bring my galaxy s4 and a thin point and shoot camera from Canon or Sony. It's the same thickness on my jeans pocket. If I want a proper camera phone, it should be thinner than a normal point and shoot. This idea of point and shoot phone is novel and theoretically good, but I won't buy one- I really don't see myself putting this next to my face while calling.

it is a good midrange phone. but to compete with eos or iphone next, it should have had
1. 2gb ram
2. dust and water proof
3.quad core( android performance of quadcore+ 2gb ram = iphone/windows dual core + 1gb ram)
4. nothing special except megapixels,,, xperia 16mp is going to be launched with all above.. so this is going to the muds, unnecessary wastage of designing and manufacture...

OMG!! rofl. Imagine taking a call on this phone, it will feel like its 19th century all over again with walky talkies. And why does samsung want to make people look silly. A 6.3" phone yesterday and this today. What next ? a smartphone with an engine and 4 wheels !!

AnonD-153604, 08 Jun 201316mp doesn't to be like this..It's thick, because it has 10x optical zoom. They should have put only 4x, and it would be OK, and they should have put at least a 4.8 inch screen, and a 16 GB of internal storage, Quad Core CPU, and then call it an S4 Zoom.

Do not compare Nokia EOS with S4 Zoom. EOS is a phone with camera built in. S4 Zoom is a camera with phone built in. If you are worried why does dedicated camera comes with a phone feature, there is very simple solution - do not plug in any SIM.

Good concept. Very uninspiring and ugly (personal opinion) design. The Nokia EOS will be definitely the camera phone to beat in the future. Samsung fan here!
Dear Samsung, please outsource your phone designs to professionals. Don't save money and spend all in R&D. Design matters too. If your engineers designed this, well, that's understandable since it's not a sight to behold. I won't use a silly point and shoot camera next to my face while calling.
