I bought the pixel 7 pro because I got carried away with Google's promise that they had solved the heating problem and the weak mode that these devices have and they ended up selling it because of the same problems as the pixel 6 pro

      Those updates probably just underclocked your device. Code cant solve physica issues

        tl;dr: half the performance of the SD8G4 (and possibly Dimensity 9400 if ARM resolves X5 issues) that's releasing at the same time as G4.

        I'd say the difference between G1-G3 did not matter that much (even though I recommended everyone to skip Pixels until G5 due to heating/efficiency issues as their own design got delayed asf) for some people but this one will literally be DoA with software/hardware support.

          Google did a really really nice improvement in heat managments with updates.

              As long it is samsug it is going to be crap anyhow, heating issues, bad modem and battery drain etc. not touching a pixel till they switch to qualcomm in 2025.

                They said the same for g2 and g3! Until they return to Qualcom I won't touch a pixel
