How many years chinese brands need to realize, that most people buy foldable phones not because people actually need it, but because it is most expensive Samsung series.🤷‍♂️

People buy it for brand image as expensive phone, something any chinese brand lacks about.

Thats would also explain why most people didn't buy any cheaper random foldable phone, like from motorola or from BBK.

If there wasn't so much drummed up hate and anti-competitive behavior in the West, there would be far more China phones made available in the rest of the world.

Sucks that if they cancelled it. Samsung current monopoly on Foldable market render them uninnovative, no major improvement since Z Fold 3 to Z Fold 5 and it seems like Z Flip 6 would be same to Z Flip 5, they still don't put telephoto camera even after Oppo include it in Find N3 Flip!!

I always cool to see companies bring out new foldables but they are still just as niche and gimmicky as when Samsung released the first Z Fold

they should make it cheap, don't need a flagship SoC, camera etc. So that the market share remains good.

Not surprised. Flip-style foldable phones are not that practical compared to book-styles, especially given that the inner screens of both are significantly weaker then normal bar phones.

While at least book-style foldable do serve a purpose of a tablet and a phone in your pocket, I can’t see much for the Flips.
