Apple owns the hw and sw with their store....why people think that it's their right to open another stores ???
It is as if u own a store in ur home and someone want to open his store inside ur home

EU is bullying Apple relentlessly. They deserve it. Apple is like the Nintendo of the consumer technology world, intimidating and threatening people (but without copyright involved.)

I think... moreI wouldn't go as far as to say Apple should be outright banned (Android OEMs would have less competition if that was the case), but I would like to see the EU enforce more pro-customer guidelines (forcing smartphone/tablet manufacturers to include aux jacks, expandable memory, etc...).

Apple continuously tries to violate European Laws.
I think it's high time the EU bans them from the European market, even if temporarily. Say, a 5 year ban. During those 5 years, Apple is banned from doing business in Europe, apart from servicing products already on the market under legal warranty.
Let's see if after 5 years without Europe's money, Apple is still so willing to try to continuously affront our laws.

Mark my words, within few years come, Epic Games going to make trouble again with Apple and then crying to big daddy EU for help. Only then you people learn that EU is just a bunch of lobbyist politicians who received money from people like Epic Games 🙄

They made mandatary to implement a single port for charging gadgets, allowed third party app stores and now this, really big respect to EU

The DMA is the best thing to grace humanity! Seriously, Apple is such an idiotic company. Apple tries to go as far as possible without being stomped on. If they don't follow the laws, I think the EU won't allow any member states to sell Apple products, so Apple has been backed into a ton of walls lately.
