they won't bring A55 to the US? not surprising given that most US buyers buy fruit phones and S series.

For all the deadboot or being the most popular "repaired" units in my place, technicians discourage buying them. Didn't occur to them that more Pocos are being used to game vs the pricier A series equivalent lol.

You're China fear is overboard especially if you're a westerner. Your QoL was propped up by cheap overseas labor and imports for the past decades.
And you must've forgotten Assange and his expose.
There's alos loads of people who tested Huawei phones and they're not pinging back to anything suspicious. Unlike US softwares that launched with malware features (Windows 10). Their so called telemetry would trigger any AV during the XP/Vista days but now most are ok using them
              Hypocrite.

Samsung doesn't care about your identity. Chinese phones - and everything else - are forwarding your data to the Chinese Communist Party. Samsung is not owned or controlled by a national party or South Korea's military.

The reason is Samsung has a glut of stock left in retail channels across North America; both in the mid-range and flagship tiers. This versus raising inflation should give pause to any multinational.

Btw Chinese phones don't sell out customers privacy as Samsung does when it disabled Android option available on all other brands to completely block internet access for any given app.

They don't give a damn whether Sony is in the top 5 of most selling brands in the world or at the bottom of the list.

Even if that was true, I simply don't care about the company I'm buying from (or any company) making any profit, all that matters is that I get a good device for as little money as possible that I can use for a long time, chinese phones are perfect for that.

This is gonna be one of the biggest blunders made by Samsung but unlike that honestly brilliant blunder (bad for them, amazing for us customers) they made with releasing the A52s so cheap

That's a bad news for US consumers as it was already a very limited market in terms of brand & models choices unlike Europe, Asia, Middle East, Latin America and Africa

Hmm, 13 Mar 2024Not sure what's your fixation on S23 FE but it's ... moreIf you insist, let's see:
                                      1. I don't have any fixation on S23FE. It's just a better device and better deal relative to A55. Ip68 vs ip67, dynamic amolex 2x vs samoled, exynos 2200 vs exynos 1480 etc just pull the comparison here in gsmarena and spare my time.
                                      2. If S23FE is not as good as i'm making it out, imagine how more underwhelming the A55 is? because it's inferior in many ways. The S23FE is good compared to A55, in the Samsung lineup, period. Of course there are other devices from other brands that are better or good rivals.
                                      3. You can guarantee that A55 has a stunning battery life? It has exynos variant also and not been even tested. You know something we don't, please share.
                                      4. I don't care at all what you picking, everyone is free. Just saying that S23FE is much better deal and it's been for sale for months, relatively new. But you're free to spend your money wherever you want with the free gifts you want. Still my point remains valid.
                                      5. And lastly, "unknown sources"? Amazon an unknown source, really? Also powerplanetonline is an established store in Spain for many years with a good track record.

For all those lambasting on Samsung midrange Phones
1-)I bet u all r chinese phone buyers, or from china
2-)chinese phones r.sold at a loss they rnt interested in making any profits what the chinese brands hence the Chinese government that controls all those companies want it to increase their market share
3-)not everyone gets paid under the table thus midrange phones r much cheaper than purchasing chinese full of blotware and viruses phones
Ofc this r just my views everyone is entitled to theirs not like in china in which everything is under control including the Chinese phones that pass all kind.of data to the Chinese government
