iPad 3 got all the features the iPad mini got, except for AirDrop which is a hardware feature so it can't be added. You're right about the iPad 2, though

The whole world knows that the ipad 2 and ipad mini have similar, if not identical, specs. Yet, the ipads 2 and 3 don't getas much stuff as the mini.
Apple's way of keeping its "valued" customers under its influence. YOU adapt to Apple's way. Apple DOES NOT bend to customers.

As soon as you launch a built in apple app eg. appstore it lags like hell this device is basically a lag paradise since ios5. And that'S after several restore to factory settings. She hates it, she only keeps it because she has a game with 2 years of achievements and she can't migrate it to her android phone.
Every applefan who states that their device is free of lags is a liar.
