Here's why Samsung won't be selling the Galaxy A55 in the US

The simple reason why Samsung will not ship the A55 in the USA is because
1. It's within $50 range of an S23
2, it actually includes a memory card slot
3. It has 12 GB of Ram!!
The S23 & S24 doesn't like W2. H. Question mark!

But this has been happening since ages.
Many a time, the medium/FE model of S-series was priced lower than top model of A-series, and yet both sold in the same market. So, what changes now?
I still remember when the top A-xx model costed around 40k in India, and S10 was costing 35k someting. S10 was simply the better, intelligent deal.

Great phone WITH a micro-sd slot. A top priority for me. It's this or Sony. Sony is overpriced. Nothing else matters.

But for 500 or around that, there's a lot of good deals, better deals than the A55, outside the Samsung line: Oneplus 12R for 550 in Europe, Xiaomi 13T Pro for 550 etc i'd rather get one of these but hey, people are free to chose where to spend their cash.

Nothing is cheaper. I live in usa. Samsung galaxy s23 unlocked price is currently $ 600 plus taxes. On the other hand Samsung galaxy s23 fe unlocked price is currently $ 550 plus taxes.
