          i7 14700K (39K INR or, $470) or Ryzen 9 7900X (37K INR or, $446)?
Priority: Gaming and Little bit of video editing.
GPU: Gigabyte Aero RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB

The 14900K was already 430W. This is probably gonna be 500W. I'm tired of electricity guzzling chips.

For some perspective, that power consumption would result in 2 minutes of battery life from 100-0 on a phone.

Going this over Ryzen or even just the non K i9 feels like getting 900hp instead of 800hp, but getting 8mpg instead of 20mpg.

That boost is very impressive but looks like AMD's X3D series is still king of gaming performance.

Liquid Helium Helps Intel Core i9-14900KS Break 9.1GHz Barrier

People buying this will be PC-Enthusiasts and OC Tinkerers and for these people this chip is absolute beast in terms of overclocking since these S-series chips are some of the best binned silicon masterpieces. So people falling in this category will always prefer Intel over AMD and they will already have beastly cooling systems and way too much overhead supplies already in place.

Ordinary gamer wont have such cooling system (which is obvious, aint denying) and hence all the people mentioning this as "heater" should really use some brain cells and understand the niche market these S-series CPUs target. And these chips will sell well in this niche category, even if this is "heater" according to some brain-dead AMD fanboys or PC newbies.

This chip is another Mammoth in Intel S-series lineup.

The last x86 dinosaur? ,Intel have really superb engineers but nothing to compete with ARM yet smells like Boeing and the MAX management must be rotten to the core?

Y'all gonna need an airplane engine cooler to cool this bad boy

It will not throttle under heavy usage & also gain some performance boost. So it's idiotic to say that it does nothing. Also Intel using the old era chip because of cost cutting & to gain high profit margin. It's bullshit to say that they are using 10nm because it is tried and tested 🤣.

Intel making joke of themselves, we no need 400w processors, I think Intel didn't get the message
