They complement the tall screen well, since every phone nowadays are ruined with the lack of personality from the cornered rear cameras and skinny tall giraffe displays for movie watching and endless scrolling for the past 6-7 years. But to each their own

Phone industry is fucked up. I can buy laptops and tablets in various different sizes. It has been that way forever.

Phones however, only come in sizes bathroom tiles. Very few exceptions, like the Zenfone, S23/24 and pixel. But those are the smallest exceptions on the market, and they keep enlarging too.

Do you all fingers evolute that fast and grow so you can use these mini tablets with one hand? Do clothes pockets get bigger? It is 2024, and I have zero choices for a phone I need.

Curved panel again! at Lenovo they don't understand the current market* hopefully Sony will drop that AC control form factor and get serious about software support starting this year! at least we have that hope

If they implemented the 8 Gen 2 for the Edge 50 Fusion (or in other words, Thinkphone 2), it would've been a tempting competitor to the Nubia Z50 and Honor 90 GT.

TheLastOracle, 16 Mar 2024Not very artistic looking phone ... lol I hope theyhav... moreThe peak of all Lenovo phones is 2021-2022. The 2021 Edge series featured a telephoto camera for the more expensive models, and the 2022 Edge Fusion was in a class of its own.

Such a shame that they didn't continue using telephoto cameras after the Edge 20 Pro, and skipped plans for making a true successor to the Edge 30 Fusion

Not very artistic looking phone ... lol

I hope theyhave some great features. Motorola used to make some nice mid rangers in the day.

Loving that more OEMS what sell in the US are using underrated Snapdragon chips. Ace 3V will use 7+ Gen 3 and this will use 7 Gen 3 normally. Sad that Samsung didn't consider 7+ Gen 2 for S23 FE. 8 Gen 1 is practically a stove

                    My guess

                    50 fusion 7g3
                    50 neo 7sg2
                    50 7+g3
                    50 pro 8g3

The 7 Gen 3 would actually make sense for the Edge 50 Fusion, the 6 Gen 1 doesn't.

I am a massive fan of the 7 gen 3 nice efficient and balanced chipset

Must be the vanilla edge 50 thats running 7 gen 3.
