Playing catch-up huh, reminds me of a certain company adding high refresh rate to their phones after Razer has done it first with 120hz, then OnePlus with 90hz, then next year Samsung suddenly had 120hz. Or.. when the P30 Pro had a periscope zoom lens in 2019, then Samsung added it to the S20 Ultra in 2020.
When is Samsung gonna catch up in wired/wireless charging speeds?

Many has Victus when Victus 2 was latest.
Corning would not lose opportunity to sell more to give exclusivity to samsung. This would demand samsung to cover money corning would lose by doing this. Surely samsung is not paying.
Same story was said when LG G6 skipped SD835, everybody said samsung had all chips for while. Then couple weeks later came XZ Premium with same 835.
LG had 821 because they wanted.

Samsung is client, just ... moreYou missed the point where Gorilla Armor are actually made by Corning with Samsung (cooperation) and was designed exclusively for S24 Ultra (already confirmed by Corning).
Hence why most manufacturer can only use Gorilla Victus on its phone.
There would be probability for other manufacturer to use anti-reflective glass from corning, but one thing for sure it will be completely different than the Gorilla Armor on S24 Ultra because of reason i have stated before.

Home buttom , like iphone.
Some tablets were 4:3 like ipad.
Changed shape of icons (android 5.1) , to be like iOS icons
52mm cam like iphone.
Titanium frame
Glass back.
Satelite sms/call.
Difference, it is apple does not do something because samsung did.
But samsung does stuff because apple did. Samsung would not if iphone had not done.
Not even counting other stuff copied from LG, Sony, windows phones etc ...
Samsung is biggest copycat of all mobile business.
I do not even know why they have R&D, they do not even need.

Samsung and Apple make way more revenue with cellphones/tablets compared to all other.
They buy glass. Do you think other would really spend money to have own glass while making much less money than these two and would be bad from financial point of view?

My Oppo A74 has as LONG BATTERY LIFE as Apple Iphone 14 Pro Max(For Proof:check Dxomark battery chart), and still has 3.5 mm jack and came with screen protector and case and still using it as it is still fluid and more than enough for my daily tasks. And it doesnt even have a scratch or crack even though i dropped it many times with screen protector and case which it came with originally...
