    Not bad. As a 7a owner, the only two improvements i would appreciate on its next gen is the brightness of the screen and speed of wireless charging. Happy to see they are improving on the brightness. Otherwise, very happy with the Pixel phones (and Nexus phones before that). They do their job at a reasonable price.

          120Hz is a nice update.

          I wish they had also put either LYT-808 or IMX888 in it, but IMX787 from the 7a will still do, I guess.

          I wonder how many updates will it receive? 7, like the the 8 and 8 Pro would be nice.

            120hz with Tensor G3 is a enticing deal. Only time and reviews will tell if it shall go on my wish list:

                  As a samsung user, i hope all the success for Pixel series because of a simple reason -> Pixel series was made by using 51% Samsung parts.

                            I won't be surprised if the price hike is due to the new 120Hz screen and wired DisplayPort output support. The Tensor G3 SoC would have its price dropped by the time the Pixel 8a will be launched.

But I do agree on the software being relatively feature-lacking especially outside the US.

                                  They need to shrink it back down to the 6a size. The 7a is a little bit too big.
