If Samsung's science department has managed to FUSE a metal with a plastic, you should fear them as something transcending the human race. They'd broken all knows laws of physics and you would have to worship them.
Fact check: The S24 Ultra internals is primarily filled with two components: the battery and a vapour chamber cooling unit. The plastic used in the phone is to keep components is exact positions while also provide perfect insulation between all components. The outer frame is metal and it the bit providing structural rigidity.
If Apple had learned how to create functional vapour chambers, the iPhone support forums wouldn't have been flooded with complaints of overheating.

Some people are talking about titanium grades between Samsung and Apple, but they’re losing sight of what truly matters: the mid-frame. Despite the grade of materials, the iPhone 15 Pro’s titanium frame is fused to an aluminum mid-frame. On the other hand, the S24 Ultra is fused to a plastic mid-frame. This makes the use of titanium in the S24 Ultra a cosmetic choice by Samsung, instead of a structural advantage.

Sharp edges, titanium frame and two z fold? In my opinion, i think, first foldable would be cheap and look like same as z fold 5 and second will look like S24 Ultra in foldable look.

Mills, 23 Mar 2024If this is 1800 USD, then it MUST get Grade 5 titanium. Fol... moreYou know Apple has succeeded with their usual reality distortion field work when their followers again when a complete nonsense labelling, regarding quality, is suddenly considered the most important thing in the world.
Grading of Titanium is primarily to identify their most suitable uses. Grade 1 is the most resilient variation, which is best if you want it to resist discolouration from oxidation. Grade 7 is like grade 2, but with an alloy. Grade 4 is the strongest, and grade 5 is the most commonly used in industrial applications.
But Apple sells the grading as a quality rating, and suddenly the usual uneducateds are obsessed with a number they have no flippin' clue what it means.

If the outer screen is not 6.4 or higher then I'm not interested (the outer screen is too long)
