Why you don't read? ...It's in the title after all!
It will be available worldwide and no, Samsung is not scared about the competition especially when it's called Sony.
The only Samsung competitor is Apple all the rest are just followers.

What the hell are you doing Sammy ???? Why Only AT&T and not INTERNATIONALLY ? Is it because you know that any waterproof Sony Xperia will beat you badly or what ?
