Funniest thing happened to me with this update - I bought my S23 in Europe, but I live in China. After the update, due to the Chinese Firewall, the first boot cannot connect to outside servers, thus, I am practically in a boot loop.

Got mine today, Nigeria. Languages are still limited but still good. Everything worked fine than expected. S23Ultra
