If energy efficiency increases as the nm decreases, why is the iphone 15 family more inefficient in terms of battery? Although it is a technological development, I think it is for marketing. In short, it means nothing.

Burikat , 10 Apr 2024Can someone explain to me what comes next after a chipset w... moreThey will keep going until they hit the physical limit of how small they can be. After that we either get bigger chips or wait for quantum chips to become a thing

Apple might be first since they have the money and basically just bought the entire capacity of TSMC, but doesn’t change the fact that Apple is actually getting behind in the core and GPU design, since the people that used to work at Apple is with Qualcomm now (Nuvia).

S, 11 Apr 2024How?We would've gotten here sooner had US not sanctioned China and made Asian countries fight each other.

Ps. US imports from China just went up. What you see is not always what it is.

[deleted post]I am very sorry that you can't afford the top androids that smash iphones in every way and undercut them in price.

Why US doesn't want Huawei to release 3nm, 2nm phones? While Apple and Samsung are going to/have already released it.

yawn, and it will come with other hardware spec circa 2022, and memory costing double today's price
