Voted "NO" as I don't get a point of newsletters... I use RSS and it's the most sensible way to consume news websites. Newsletters seems like an easy way to clutter your mailbox with non-communicative spam (sorry, email is for more direct communication and one can separate "news binging" to other app)

You could add "Weekly update" publication on the website that one would be able to subscribe via RSS as well...

Mills, 13 Apr 2024I voted yea just because. I actually visit the website up t... moreI also visit site (app) all day long. If I can find all material online, I don't need newsletter. But, if they put additional material there, than why not, I would subscribe.

The newsletter should also contain, exclusive, miscellaneous articles (aside from the regular news) that provide "out of the box" view to the consumer, like "why people prefer Apple"; "is 200× zoom actually useful"; "can smartphone cameras replace DSLRs"; articles about social media impacts, etc. Even better, these articles should incorporate views from each editor of the GSMArena team for diverse opinions. If this can be done, then my vote is "Yes"

What content would it contain, mostly articles about Samsung and Apple? I'll pass on that.

Interviews would be a cool addition, maybe behind the scenes and some articles that you didn't post on the site. Basically anything exclusive to the newsletter

Post only official reports, unofficial / leaks not required which is unnecessary

I don't think a weekly newsletter is necessary, although I would sign up for it if you guys launched one - I believe it will be one of the actually useful and interesting newsletters out there.

Though, I'd say your week-in-reviews on the GSMArena website are quite enough - fantastic even! I feel that adding subheaders will improve the readability though, and do consider segmenting further: a subheader, followed by a couple of paragraphs, followed by a single link to the article, and so on.

Regardless, you guys are doing great work. I always enjoy reading your smartphone reviews - keep it up! Don't stretch yourselves if you guys can't afford to.

Anonymous, 13 Apr 2024Dont need newsletter. People already know GSM Arena is one ... moreI wouldn't say they are on top they miss out on a lot of coverage but they are still amongst the best

Maybe, just in case. But, I visit this site daily, sometimes quite a lot, even, so I don't know how useful it would be for me. More options are always nice, though, of course.

For me, a newsletter with stream of relevant news and releases alongside a podcast would be great. But I stress, this isn't something that's expressly needed. Your website is already pretty well-designed and maintained.
