empty promise of manufacturer. jellybean only as marketing propaganda for less popular mini2. they should publish their hardware source code then let smarter developers prove that samsung are wrong about mini2 capability.

the LG L5 has an official manual update for jelly bean and it's the same specs;512ram, 800mhz single core A5, and 4gb rom, and same res bigger screen.
I hope the samsung ace plus gets the jelly bean update.

Cortex A5 is good enough to run JB.
