So many of these 6xxx and 7xxx and never know what they be that makes it really confusing.
Never mind is there even need to be so many different budget lower end chips
There are not a lot in that 8xxx and not to talk about 9xxx that ends up mostly in limited markets
All these 6xxx are mostly the 5G version of the 4G Helio G series performance.
Also by looking how Mediatek generations number change. G series was 2 digits then Dimensity started 3 digits and now new generation it's 4 digits so next gen be 5 digits like 6xxxx/7xxxx/8xxxx/9xxxx

they literally made an iteration of rebranding.
Starting from Dimensity 810>Helio G99>Dimensity 6080> and then the 6300. they do love emptying their unsold D810 by rebranding. same as the P35 with their G3x series. just straight up decieving.

Heck... they just want to be trashed hard by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 3?
That one is supposed to have Dual A715 and better GPU...
If Dimensity 7300 is just a Dimensity 7200 overclocked, Mediatek will lose their crown.

Deceiving branding. They're doing some decent stuff on the high end side but their low end is a disgrace. You'd better have a phone with the old crusty Snapdragon 695 rather than this garbage.

It still have 32 bit unit whic... moreEh, I'd say it's about the sweet spot for a good majority of the users. Designs with A78 can be made to run plenty fast and efficient like the SD778 and D8100.
One grade above A78, the earlier Xs are faster but not easily noticeable in daily use.... and sucks battery. So yeah, still great core even if aging at this point.
A76, on the other hand, is plain too old and weak by today's standards.
