At first give equal environment.
In other words make all brands and all phones to be equally available in all 206 existing countries.
You cant compare Xiaomi to Samsung or Apple since Xiaomi does not sell even in half countries of where Apple or Samsung sells.
Thus to the earnings.
Make all phones from all brands available for sale in every country and Samsung or Apple will have no chance because for 1/3 less price Xiaomi outputs 10 times better device with all necessary accesores in box.
Brands like Oukitel, Doogee, Blackview, Cubot etc too. Genuinely sae phone like for Example S24 ultra just made by those brands would cost like 600 eur up to. Or maybe 800 in case of Iphone 15 pro max.
Reason chinese brands arent everywhere is the fact that some countries like US for example worry a lot for their Apples because if they fall US could go nuts.

also vivo's portrait video is one step ahead

Xiaomi is in third place but it doesn't earn even a quarter of what Apple and Samsung earn in the range that starts at $1,000!! Because let's be honest, who would pay more than 1000 dollars for a Xiaomi with the bad reputation it has?

So the HHuawei Pura series and Xaomi 14 Ultra gets some competition along with Honor magic Ultimate and Porsche design.
Other brands mostly Samsung and Apple are just MeH in photography compared to said flagships.

Kekma, 23 Apr 2024They dont need to beat it, Samsung is already beaten by Vivo.Not really, vivo can't do hi res hdr raws, their hi res is sharp, but jpeg, loses detail in shadows, dynamic range is too poor, no electr. ND or stylus either.
There is basically no alternative if you want all 3 features, well maybe even 2 is impossible to find.

Eduard33, 23 Apr 2024The telephoto will be an 85mm(3.7x) lens not 100mm like the ProWell, magic6 got 2.5x 180mp. 3.7x 200mp woyld be like 14.8x 12mp (monochrome). Lvl of detail heavily depends on processing tho, I would happily choose hi res monochrome over low res color image.

Well, their processing makes photos more green/yellow, wish stills were as blue as samsung shots.
If they want to beat samsung tho, they would need to add hi res raw, electeonic ND and stylus support in it.

And the term OS, the safest thing is to imitate Apple's iOS... Which are actually clones of iOS at least in the interface.

Basically nearly all the flagships will be using this type of micro curved screen in the next generation but the x100 ultra probably is not yet as it's using a Samsung E7 screen.
