sanjulgupta, 22 Jun 2013Totally agreed Samsung is just fooling people with showing ... moreJust because you haven't seen them does not mean people don't have them. That's such a ridiculous thing to say. I have seen people with them. I have seen many people with other phones as well. I have not seen anyone owning a One. I still know people have it.

And they dont just ship 10 million or more units to say they did it. They are in demand. Use your brain.

LTE-A is just a bit speedier than 4G but since 4G hasn't reach it's full potential yet since the networks are crowded and the operators can't provide that bandwidth what's the point of talking about a theoretical faster 4G when the current 4G hasn't reach it's full potential ? And S4 Snapdragon and Exynos variants are clocked at different speeds so they can have aprox the same performance so even if there would be an S4 S800 variant it would be clocked at a speed that would provide aprox the same performance as original S4 so much buzz for nothing.

ha ha, Samsung is scared... Releading phone after phone to keep people interested in their products. I'm courious Samsung, what you gonna do after all what you have planned (stoled) for the future is released and there is nothing left in your basket? It's time to detrone your fake king a**, and let the real ones rule. Zbye zbye.

One of these days, companies will realise that the development community is where it's at, when they release a phone and it's easily rooted and the bootloader unlocked it will sell well, even more so if it's got a removable battery and an SD card.

So the first company to make a powerful device which is easily unlocked and provides all of the above will be crowned champion, it really is as simple as that.

Example, Galaxy S3 i9300 is released and the development community went mental because it was a serious bit of kit and everyone loved it including people from other brands like HTC (like myself), then they released the 4G version which wasn't a very different phone and people had already jumped on the i9300 bandwagon, sales were really poor for the 4G S3 and so was development.

With that in mind, this version of the S4 is going to flop heavily, primarily because the S4 has had it's fair share of problems in comparison to the HTC One and Xperia Z, so another version of the same phone with a beefed up processor isn't going to turn as many heads as you may think, especially seeing as most Sammy fanboys have already got the original S4.

I can see HTC producing the best phones in the coming years, they've obviously been doing a fair bit of thinking and the One is by far the superior phone this year, development is superb and in terms of looks it's the best there is, no one cares about the camera, in terms of performance it's the same as the S4 once it's been rooted and OC'd.

Good time to be on android :)

Samsung is doing a big mistake. Diversification is good but there is a limit. You should respect the customers.
I'm not fan of any brand because that's foolish to be a fan but Samsung had very good devices in the past year. breaking the streak with S4

What you get with an Apple device is tons of software optimized and perfectly working for it, what you get with a samsung device is a pricey device that looses it's value and gets older within a few months, and who cares about 1080p content in play store? Seriusly open your eyes the same happened with s3 lte, the fight for corps is pathetick just demand better content that works properly with no fragmentation for your devices not allien hardware with no optimized software.

By the way, you replied to someone who really loves Samsung so much and I think is one of the paid trolls Samsung hired before to bash other companies because he's been all over Sony's forum and he kept on bashing everything that Sony does. 1. This is only for the Korean Market! No other carrier in the world will roll out LTE-A across their entire network this year. (Where are the USA carriers with their LTE-A roll-out plans?)

                                        2. The S4 was designed beginning in the last quarter of last year, before there were firm plans by SK Telcom to roll out LTE-A. SK Telcom didn't announce any plans to roll out LTE-A until this year.

Now ask yourselves, does it make sense to roll out the S800 worldwide (which is what supports the LTE-A) at a higher cost when nobody will be able to take advantage of LTE-A, considering the S600 is still going to be the fastest technology available at a lower cost (aside from their own Exynos chipset)?

Besides, if there is too much backlash in Korea, I'll bet Samsung provides an exchange program for owners to trade in their old S4 plus $50-$80 for a new one...

with the exchanged S4's being refurbished and ending up at Wal-Mart - LOL you watch and see...
