      my god this is just unacceptable, 60hz in 2024? many android phones have 120hz thats capable of having an all day battery life, whats their excuse?

                      I specifically got my first iPhone ever,because it was the best smaller phone available, namely the iPhone 15 pro. I didn't get the s24 because of the crap cameras and exynoss.

                      But 6.3? No thanks. Even 6.1 is as far as I'm willing to go. If this turns out to be true this will be my first and last iphone.

                            By next year, the vanilla iPhone 17 will have more appeal by being the most compact current gen phone available in most markets but it would still be objectively a tough sell over a significantly discounted Galaxy S24, especially in markets with the SD variant.

                            iPhones really are just for people who specifically want an iPhone for whatever reason.
