Sony Xperia Z Ultra goes official: a 6.4" Snapdragon 800 monster

I'm not jus a Samsung fan, I would love to have that Sony smartwatch, and I'm definately not getting paid by anyone, though I'd love it if Samsung would pay me for saying what I'm saying :D and I'm gonna say it again.
Unfortunately for Sony, this Xperia ZU will have nothing on the Note 3. By logic alone, here's why. The Note 3 will definately have a bigger battery and better battery life, since the Note II is the battery champion, defeated only by the Razr Maxx line. The Note II battery is already even bigger than the ZU's. The Note 3 will definately have a more advanced stylus and Wacom integration along with apps maximizing it. The Note 3 will definately have better camera (even better than the S4 camera) of at least 13MP resolution as how the Note II to the SIII and of course it will have a led flash. The Note 3 will definately have more features that will make good use of the big screen and even more features than what the S4, the most feature-packed smartphone, has. The screen of the Note 3 will not be worse since the Super Amoled display will be evolving even further. And of course, the Note 3 will definately not loose ground on the power (CPU-GPU) department, since Samsung is known for bringing one of if not the most powerful handset on every flagship installment. The Note 3 will also not loose on the design department, since there's a possibility of the first use of Samsung's flexible display.
So everyone, from any way you look at it, the Note 3 will be the better device.
And oh yeah, the Note 3 will also be water resistant, at least it will survive some water splashes and accidental water dips, since even the SIII was also like that. So, unless you're taking it for a dive, the Note 3 will definately still have the upper hand.

I see a lot of Samsung paid fans here all complaining about this gadget. When Sammy launched their mega series, none of u complained. Sony tells u u can use any stylus, even a pencil, that's is technology, u start talking about NoteIII using d most advanced stylus bla bla blah, but no matter how so called advanced d notes stylus would be, it is still going to do nothing more than any other stylus, or is it going to act as a smart watch? The only drawback I see in this phone is the lack of a led flash for the camera, otherwise this is a great device. if u don't like it no problem, but stop acting like a truly paid Samsung school boy by bashing great devices, and stop commenting here. Let d Sony lovers talk about their new found love.

If you think this will not stand a fight against your beloved Note then just leave this thread. Start making your Note 3 in mind. Put all the best techs you could imagine and be happy thinking about your most perfect Note3.LOL

It works like charm in XZ.

If it uses a S800 it will also be a fail. They are planning for the E5420 on 22NM, while the E5410 was based on 28NM. Tho the CPU is much powerful than the S600, S800 but clocked at 2.0+Ghz will rinse battery much faster.
So await and see

You are speaking your non-smartphone W810i to smartphones. Any recent smartphone can last 1 week if you disable data, apps and all automation etc.. (I have used several of my phones to just keep sim cards alive, they can last up to 3 weeks without any charge).
You still have your Omnia, you must be liking it. I had one, it's longtime gone (for 50€ 2 years ago). Resistive screen like its one was horrible with fingers / nails despite handy with a pen.
I had a Sony Ericsson T68i and still my K810i. Those phones are from another age mate, it's time to evolve.
I really wouldn't go back to such devices, my K810i is my wake alarm on mornings, that's it now.
Try to buy newer products to get a real knowledge, forums and comments are too full of opinions like yours, I mean no offense, but everybody wants to bash and too few are owning new products to tell clear and real opinions.
Like I wouldn't buy a product if a company is copycat or not, I don't follow rumors but my mind and reviews.

They don't have any style or taste with product. You can't differentiate between the cheap one and the premium ones.
Also the Samsung phone which I'm using now Omnia, I changed the battery twice within the warranty period using my pocket money, not only does it have low back up but also swells like bun after some use.
I love Sony they always differentiate their products from others, to say about their longevity, I'm still using Sony Walkman w 810i I bought back in 2006. It still gives me 4 days backup.
Sony is always the best and innovative manufacturer, while Samsung is the best copycat available in the market.

If you read what I described about the Note 3 carefully, you'll know that at least 90% of it are most likely to be true. And even more, the reality about the Note 3 will probably be even better. wowww, this is a mini PC hehee. I love snapdragon800+LTE+Android. Hope manufacturers do a 4.3 or 5 inches phone with this specifications. Like S4 with this features. I will buy immediately.

Why not Octocore S800x8 Android is a very hungry Cpu Ram hog, needs lots of power to that Java OS.
Once you have 13+ apps 7+ widgets and 3 email acounts running you will, it will start to Lag, stutter
