For me, the problem with Windows (and iOS for that matter) is that it doesn't allow for the customization that Android gives you...

L920 have a hardware that can at the most be ranked with Galaxy S2 of 2011 Android vintage.
Comming WinPhones are set to have 4-core processors and 1920x1080 screen resolutions.
Something that been around in the Android corner since last year.
A big Question mark has to put i next WP version with HD-res and quad-core processors will run in todays Winphone mobiles... Or if Microsoft will make u buy a new phone and ditchin WP8.x mobiles like they did with WP7.5... And before that WP7... And before that WinMo 6.x.

Its the Windows OS that is failing NOKIA Lumia devices, otherwise the hardware of the Lumia series is few notches above whatever that we have today.
The day, the app ecosystem in Windows becomes as good as that in Android/iOS, all the Samsungs of the world will run for cover..

I think people should relax and enjoy. Its a great time to be a phone consumer now with all the choices and fantastic tech packed into these phones.
WIth nano tech up and coming, the first phonemaker that realizes the phone will eventually replace the notebook (which has already replaced the pc), WINS.

Although i cannot complain if Nokia goes samsung style with Galaxy and ATIV series (have both android and WP8 lines), Lumia design are sexy and sexier if you could put android in it.

This is to say, if brands don't want to use the top selling OS at the moment, that's their bad market strategy, now don't excuse them because Samsung uses it... Samsung is being smart (and no, I don't own a Samsung)... They use Android, and have best phone in the market right now... Other companies have to step up...

How bizarre. What i meant to say is that the only two companies comepeting are apple and samsung and between the note 2 the s3 and iphone 5. Between then they shipped nearly 100 million phones in a year. Which was in reply to to another member that i was talking to and i was explaining how the market is becoming saturated with flagship superphones and it is no wonder there is a downturn in sales figures. And it also makes sense why feature phones are on the increase
