Not fixed on my unit even with latest May update. I have seen people reporting that the new batch of S24u don't have this issue anymore though.

Can GSMArena elaborate on what sort of fix Samsung has provided those with grainy S24 Ultra displays? Samsung has refused to acknowledge the issue in any official capacity and have refused to offer replacements to many of its users

This isn't something new. I'm pretty sure you can see such a thing all the time on any OLED phone with the brightness cranked down. I guess these people are noticing this effect for the first time.
