why xiaomi still using chipsets that have no av1 support.

For them who need OTG would be better to go with mini tablet as Poco X6 that is 235 euro for 8/256GB version. Just dont have microSD but have 3.5mm jack and OTG. AMOLED screen and faster charger. If you want to connect with larger screen then the mini tablet as a phone be better with same SD 7s Gen 2

For 300 euro this tablet a bit too expensive cause there is same price for Xiaomi pad 6 that is higher brand quality for more lower end flagship with SD870 that still perform better so in time wont slow down as fast as the 7s gen 2 will. With Poco X6 you can compensate the no microsd xlot for 12/512GB version that be still less then the Poco Pad 8/256GB version as there is no 12/512GB for the pad. And still be cheaper the pad.
It's just for what you need for a tablet. If you need it to be connected to some larger screen then best be the phone cause a smaller object to move around. Tablet on the other hand the main point is to be that 12 inch screen so i dont see why it needs to have it. Tablet point gets lost when you plug it to larger screen purpose

CPU performance is only about 7% higher.
They both have Adreno 710 GPU. With SD 7s Gen 2 having a higher clock speed giving 10% performance increase.
More or less they are same chipset.

Pricing is very bad of this tablet even in China. Both Redmi and Poco version.
Poco and Redmi devices are supposed to be cheaper than Xiaomi devices.

At this price, Xiaomi Pad 6 with SD870 is already available.

If Xiaomi launched this tablet with 7s Gen 2, they would price it lower around 250$. Honor Pad 9 with similar specs is available around 250$.

Being a Poco/Redmi tablet it should have been priced even lower at around 200-220$.

OnePlus Pad and Xiaomi Pads are better. On a phone scale, 7s Gen 2 offers up to 600K in AnTuTu 10.

D9000 found in OP Pad offers up to 1.1M whereas Xiaomi Pad 6 offers up to 800K, also on a phone scale.
