Nahh, I have a 12 Pro, which I uses as my backup phone, because iOS doesn't really fits my need, but I still need it sometimes. It's the last Pro model with 60Hz only screen. Is the animation smooth? Yes. Is the animation smoother than my $300 Samsung on 120Hz? No.

Since flip and fold phones arent my forte because of laughable dirability especially on main screen i cant judge.
But i never like fold and flip by Samsung anyway.
Chinese companies for 2/3 price output a lot better specced devices with much more accesories in the box.

Soon those company will make all smartphones on D.I.Y. form and those fanboys will just accept it well because... it's their job to become company bootlickers.

Cameras on Fold are pathetic. Old Samsung normal mid range cameras are far batter than Fold 5 and previous versions.

So uninspiring and ridiculous. Thr same recycled crap as last year and the year before that.... yet so expensive.
And that's not just samsung. That's everyone at this point.

Samsung keeps having this level of stupidity with certain things like bezels, like how is it that the S24 and S24+ have thinner bezels and thinner frames than the S24 Ultra? What actually makes the Ultra an Ultra?

"unimpressive bezels" so basically the same as every other phone on the market, maybe 1mm difference at most. Personally I could care less about how small these companies are making their bezels, give us bigger batteries!
If anything the 22:9 actually seems good, my biggest problem with the fold is the cover screen being a bit too narrow. I'm always having some minor issues with the display being a bit too narrow. Ideally, I'd want the fold to just have a bigger battery and internal pen. Everything else I really don't care about. Bigger bezels? I don't really care, what ratios are the displays? I don't really care too much, How fragile it is? I don't really care. I haven't dropped my last 6 phones even a single time and none of them have any scratches on them either. I'm on my 3rd folding phone and all 3 are still working to this day.

I mean, most wireless headphones and almost all wireless earbuds basically turn into e-waste once the battery is degraded.
Also, I can't wait till they call out the non-swappable ssd + RAM bs Apple is doing with their current M-series cpu mac macbooks. It's just criminal to make a wear item like a SSD non-swappable.
