It has corners that are much less round than its predecessor.

The back design sould be looked like galaxy s24,s24+,galaxy a34,galaxy a54,galaxy a35, and galaxy a55. Or maybe different?

    lol this looks basically the same as 5, only a little wider. Same design, small cover screen, cameras, thickness, and no built in pen. They're on the way to lose even more shares to others who are so quick to adopt new techs.

      Imo, it's not only that it looks less tall but it seems to be less thick too with that small depth if you think about it

        Looks good on photos, let's see how it looks for real when launched

          NO I had hopes that this time samsung will learn something from Oneplus open or Google pixel fold. but no front screen is not even close to them. why samsung why

Samsung doesn't round the frame's corners on their Ultra lineup AT ALL which might look cool in photos but isn't exactly ideal when you actually have it in your hand. Every other boxy phone with no rounded display corners has a frame with rounded corners. AFAIK Samsung is the only one not doing this and it baffles me

                Dare I say the deisgn looks very clean.

                      Much better looking than before. I still can't see the appeal of rounded corners. It's the reason I still love Sony's current smartphone design.

                        damn took them 6 generations for them to make it same design as competitors 2-3 years ago (bazels, hinge and no gap all in one)

                            I don't even find the bezels on my z fold 5 to be thick, the new one looks even better. The bezel craze is over, we just obtained the maximum screen ratio since phones like the note 10 plus, it's not that interesting anymore

                              So the last year's selling point was the gapless design. And this year's is the wider outer display.
                              Let me guess, next year they gonna make it slimmer similar to the 2023 Honor Magic V2.
                              Samsung is years behind its Chinese competition.

                                I don't see how the bezels are 'thick'.
                                They're perfectly fine.

                                    LOVE the new build. I hated thin and tall over screens. I want the ones like OP Open

                                      Ppl so obsessed with bezels … this is a bigger heavier device..it’s perfectly fine also bezels arent thicker as previously claimed
