pl2rts, 09 Jun 2024Do you even understand what you talk about ? Redmi Turbo 3 ... moreDelends on where user lives. Philippine users will have all their bands supported as per Kimovil site. On ALL telcos.
And the ads can be turned off by something as simple as toggling off settings, which I did on a Huawei, and as advanced as debloating which jas loads of video tutorials.
Some people are just lazy as with the Huawei one only having it on Suggested apps filed inside default folders with a cog wheel or Settings button on the upper right corner. Private DNS also works.

pl2rts, 09 Jun 2024Weird that the F6 IP64 rating not mentioned as people care ... moreBecause splash proof is more than enough and most people won't even be in the position to submerge their phones totally. Even ip68 certification isn't that strict as seen from youtube demosand will lose eventually if user keeps dunking his phone.
Ever noticed how phone companies stopped underwater ads, esp sea diving, with their phones?

I've ordered mine from Poco Global Official Store a Poco X6 Pro (Yellow & 12/512) for 16k (Philippine Peso) and the lowest sales I saw for Poco F6 is 18k for the 8/256 variant and 20k plus for the 12/512 one. I guess, I have to say Poco X6 wins on endurance of battery, price tag, design (eco-leather back on yellow) against this pig-looking design of the back of Poco F6.
No hate on the Poco F6 users but the IP64 ingress is awesome though and yeah, no hate on the design on the back because it really just is. If it's the Turbo 3 released, then that one wins it. ^^

zodiacfml, 09 Jun 2024the redmi turbo 3 which is the F6 but a lot cheaper if you ... moreDo you even understand what you talk about ? Redmi Turbo 3 is China market specific. It be full of ads that probably you can't even turn off and also more full of spyware. Never mind that you are missing 4G bands so you wont have good internet connection with it also.

Hard coping, people only care about IP rating as far as the water protection, wich is the same on the x6 and f6.

Why GSMArena insist on writing d8200 for x6 pro while in fact it's d8300 ultra, I bought x6 pro 12/512 for ~ $307 and it's the best phone I had so far, I'm a heavy gamer (codm/star rail etc) and this phone can handle high graph smoothly, it can get pretty warm but manageable since I'm using it with casing.

I guess the main reason why it's only 6 minutes faster in charging is because the charging IC is not optimised yet, maybe the 90W charger will be more efficient later on.

Weird that the F6 IP64 rating not mentioned as people care so much about the IP rating.
In here not mentioned and not being pro over the x6 pro too.
I dont care about it and i also dont care about the custom rom.
The X6 Pro is still better to get as it's like 100 euro cheaper then the F6 and the difference isn't a lot. Especially the performance part of it.
I think that they went too big with the X6 Pro and should of used something like D8200 that be around SD870 performance and would of been a good update over SD778 in X5 Pro also. Now X7 Pro to have upgrade in performance be again better then F6 so they are like losing the F series point

Except if you need custom ROM support and better emulators support due to Adreno, X6 Pro is a far better choice.

"Given that both devices share the same 6.67-inch OLED panel and HyperOS/Android 14 software, the reason for the F6's shorter battery life is likely the chipset".
No, only reason for short battery life is their hyper os. Its a complete mess in battery draining in all their devices except Xiaomi 14.

Anonymous, 09 Jun 2024Great review. The X6 Pro offers great value for non-gamers.What? X6 Pro can also be used for gaming. Yeah, maybe they lose out on some emulators but the price difference is too great where I live.

I bought the X6 pro last month, a week before the F6 was announced. I thought I made a mistake but it turns out it iswas the better choice. The yellow faux leather model is a joy to hold, it's so light and I don't need a case with it. The camera is a bit poor, but at 300€ it's still good enough
