    I don't understand one thing.
47mm is way too big for regular people. Why not have a smaller option?
I am in the minority who actually likes the design of the ultra. but 47mm will look ridiculous on my 6.75" wrist.
I want a smartwatch and I am not buying the Garmin Fenix 7s or Epix Pro 42mm cause I am waiting to see what samsung was going to do. Now I don't think I have a choice.

I love my Samsung Watch 6. If the new watch 7 has dual band, I'll certainly upgrade.

Apple Watch 1,2,3,... -> Samsung copy name Watch 1,2,3,...
Apple Watch Ultra -> Samsung Watch Ultra ... LOL
These days, they are happy to inspired (copy) each other XD

Been waiting for this but if the leaked design is also for the vanilla Watch 7, I'll get the 6 or 6 Classic or even the FE one instead.

GregLu, 06 Jun 2024Too bad to sell Ultra only with LTE. Why ? In my country... moreJust use it without sim card. Very simple.

Hi. Am thinking of buying a smart watch. I never had one before. Do you suggest starting with an entry-level watch like the upcoming watch 7 FE or opt for the watch7/whatch 7 ultra one? In other words, will the FE worth it or should go for a watch 7/ultra one?

47mm? Samsung calls that "ultra" this must be 50mm

Can't wait to upgrade from my Watch5 pro just for the dual frequency GPS and better SoC I hope they also improved the sensors package too.
The 5 pro it still is a decent smartwatch but it's really a lousy sport tracker, garmin smartwatches are in a league far above, during a simple run the 5 pro the gps is so inaccurate that over report distance by a good 15% and it gets so laggy just having the samsung health open in workout mode at the same time with spotify streming over BT that it has a 1-2 seconds of delay at times.

Hmm, was hoping for larger battery capacities. Hopefully the fitness tracking is improved and reliabile for this generation. Galaxy Ring might be more tempting...

Too bad to sell Ultra only with LTE.

Why ? In my country, E-Sim for watches aren't that popular so it won't be in use, I prefer to have the choice no to have it 😁
Guess I'll see when it launch, if the battery life is nice due to the chip perhaps?

I still fail to see a worthwhile reason to upgrade from / not just get a Watch5 Pro, it has pretty much everything these have at what will probably be half the price.

The Ultra Watch 7 sounds expensive. I wonder if it will support OSM imports. In comparison, Google doesn't have detailed information on hiking trails. Probably a niche feature.
