Hoping Oneplus 13 will be the same with flashing and bands supported :)
my current phone is Xiaomi 11 which is 3 years old so gonna be a big jump for very good money :)

unxpctd, 12 Jun 2024Upgrade your selfie camera already. All your rivals have au... moreI hope that autofocus too but with Oneplus 12 there was huge upgrade to selfie video with 4k support, sadly Oneplus is very slow with upgrading their selfie cameras on their (flagship) phones.
I have to see what competition gets released early next year with flagship Snapdragon chipset.
Honestly i am not sure will i buy Oneplus 13 if there is sidegrade with telephoto camera(and no big upgrades to other cameras), no wireless qi charging even though it will be great phone otherwise for under 1000 euros: latest flagship Snapdragon chipset with good amount of ram and storage(12gb&256gb, good cameras, good enough software support(4 years of android updates and 5 years of security updates), great battery life, super fast charging, great big display, probably support for AR/smart glasses even wirelessly.
For me 999 euros is max which i would pay for a phone and it could be that i will need to make some compromises with my next phone in early 2025 instead of getting everything what i want.
I have now Samsung Galaxy Flip 5 so compared to that Oneplus 13 will be much better in all ways but size(i am not that fan of flip phone though) and rumored lack of wireless charging so it is not that bad of upgrade.
Because Samsung is software bricking their Tizen based Galaxy watches(you cannot pair it to new phone when they pull the switch) i am not even thinking about Galaxy s25 or s25+ unless they back away from their plans, also it is likely that s25 series in my region will not be Snapdragon which is needed for Snapdragon Spaces based AR/smart glasses.

Ultrasonic fingerprint scanners are useless and pointless for anyone who uses a tempered glass screen protector (which is probably most people).
Haven't used it once in 3 years of owning my S21 Ultra.
What's wrong with optical scanners?

It will probably be a bit better in weaker light (assuming the aperture is no worse than f/2.6 but may not be as good at higher zoom levels in good light. The Oneplus 12 does pretty well at 6x zoom.
