Phone Critic, 12 Jun 2024No 4K 60 FPS no thanks I record only 4K 60 FPS PassWasting time and space.
Higher framerate does not improve quality.
Everything on tv is 24/25/30fps .

Better value than sony xperia 10vi….not nearly bad as nokia or hmd doing …4600mah battery is nt very small as some saying … my s23+ have better battery life than some even having 5500/6000 mah battery…if optimised well can run well

All I ever wished is brought back and packaged with this phone wow.

Phone Critic, 12 Jun 2024No 4K 60 FPS no thanks I record only 4K 60 FPS Passget a flagship then. And pay 1000 Euro for it

Plastic back is a positive at least. Shame that idiots who wail "it's not premium" still condemn us to more expensive and more breakable glass backs on higher-end phones.

Nice phone for the old purists like us. Sadly, it is too expensive and probably isn't going to sell very well.

It's great that it's got a headphone jack, microSD support and even a notification LED.

However the battery is too small, the chipset isn't good enough for a phone costing nearly €600, and curved screens really aren't popular.

If it was €400 I'd be seriously considering it. But not for nearly €600. Or charge €600, but use the 7+ Gen 3, instead of the regular 7 Gen 3.

Also, I'm interested to see how many android version updates HTC are going to promise.

mawlki, 12 Jun 2024HTC is still HTC. No other owners. Only outsourcing it all ... moreHave you missed the U23/Pro last year and the WildStar E? Gsmarena even made an article on the u23.

Cameras like Huawei P20 Pro and Mi Note 10.. Another €500 phone from HTC if they can make something like Nothing which is now more budget focused they can grow again and increase their fanbase.

I remember when GSMArena made a post about HTC on Facebook and most people didn't know what phone it was and some said "HTC still makes phones?"

This actually does look very reasonable, with a compelling set of features.
3.5mm headphone jack, SD card slot, attractive design, good SoC, fast charging + wireless charging, too, and notification LED? I mean, I get it, a lot of y'all moved on from these "old" features, and I did, too, but it's always good to see them coming back sometimes. I am really loving this.
The price isn't terribly bad either, and I think maybe it could go against the Edge 50 Pro in Europe. Hopefully the phone can live up to its potential. If they could get some works done with the camera tuning, or providing longer support, I can see this phone being quite good.

Very similar to edge 50 pro, almost €200 cheaper

                                There is 12/512 variant ..

                                My guess is : 1/1.56" + 1/4" + 1/2.9"

                                  overpriced

                                  ... realme/ oneplus are way better !

Jacek, 12 Jun 2024560 euro is not that high for this set of features.560 for a phone like this is okay, nothing more. Especially since HTCs actual involvement is questionable and so is actual software support for this.

The typical Coosea design looks lovely in that colourway too imho.
