Yes I had a problem with the z fold 4 I opened it 15 times in 3 days and it had already gotten bubbles in the inner screen so I returned it. Then I came across the oppo N Find 3 which is a million times more durable than the galaxy z fold. I have opened it hundreds of times and it's still perfect. But the thing that sucks about my n fold 3 is all the Chinese bull crap! It would be so awesome if it used the American software but I'm about to sell this thing just because of the Chinese crap. I wish there was a way to get rid of it and install other software but it forces you to use their garbage and because of that it ruins the whole phone experience! If you know how I can get rid of the Chinese stuff I'm all ears! I bought it because it said you could open it 4 million times without the screen having any problems. If I had known they force you to use the Chinese crap I wouldn't have bought it.

The 2400 was a good effort, but people will just automatically assume Exynos is bad. It'll take a bad 8-Series SoC coming from Qcom/TSMC for people to start giving Samsung some credit again

So the outer screen same size as the 5 that the outer OS UI resembles that of the smaller Flip 4 but with bigger widgets: lacking an real app launcher by default (with all the apps), keyboard input sometimes display horrible white full screen input box on outer display, the Samsung default keyboard cannot be changed and there is no customization options for quick settings tiles. Also, transitioning from the Flex window to the inner screen disrupts the monet theme and can make some apps UI glitch...
Samsung One UI is not great, especially on the Flip (not Dex), plus all the bloatware on top.

There is still nothing official about Samsung Dex which is completely missing from the Z Flip 5!
That flexibility and power to replace a laptop for pretty simple office productivity needs is worth the extra dollars to me. And I was VERY close to doing a carrier hardware upgrade for the Z Flip 5!
Furthermore woth Desktop Mode being officially supported in the upcoming Android 15 and thusly OneUI 7, and nothing official has me very worried.
Even the newly announced Honor Flip sais no mention of Android 15 with Deektop mode. Motorola Razr 50 Ultra same thing. That's a concern for me for Flip Android phones so I'm not paying much attention. Seems the industry is too keen on having these as novelty devices for females that want a phone to look like a powder case.

So basically if you're looking for a Samsung fold, the Flip 5 is the better deal. Save yourself some money and make your wallet happy by getting the Flip 5 on a discount.
It seems flagship phones get so little updates compared to their predecessor that it's simply not worth upgrading every year, or even every 2 years. I even dare to say 3 years.

What is Samsung doing ... they are not the same company from the Note 4 days .
... these folding displays are dead on arrival, too fragile. Use a material thats strong as glass or stop wasting money, this will never take off. I don't even like " screen protectors "... my fingernail can cause serious damage to mmy display, how did this make it to market🤣

US market got Moto Razr, and Southeast Asia market got Oppo Find N2/N3 Flip, and all of them are bad on some important things - Z Flip bad at battery life, Moto Razr bad at software updates, and Oppo Find N2/N3 Flip's cover screen is extremely limited. Won't mention the one from Tecno though, I haven't see the review yet.
