    EU needs to invest all this money into an EU smartphone manufacturer

      just like the issues regarding AppStore fees and alternatives, I really don't like EU forcing a company to change its products due to "helping the customers".
      For everyone that approves it, there has always been an alternative: Android.
      No one is forcing you to buy an Apple device...
      I, for instance, use S22U and only Samsung Pay (wallet now)... and have all the "freedoms" they are enforcing on Apple...

        If America or other countries get involved though then Apple could still get in trouble.

          honestly if i were present in this jury would not allow apple to go with ease.
          They trying too much and this is like giving a dog much larger bone than it can eat.
