If they create something to Rival Apple E cores then they are on right track.

                  Developing an advanced mobile SoC is not a joke but huawei is doing phenomenal work,look at how badly Google struggles even after having access to best opportunities.

                    Sanctions only hurt poor people. Pretty sure that doesn't include those running a big corporation like Huawei.
