SD Gen 3 even earlier generations supports Aptx Adaptive of which I believe one of the most efficient ones despite not having as high as LDAC. Even LDAC usually goes for balanced mode and I'd suspect anyone hearing much of a difference between 660 vs 990 kbps but anyways. Samsung insists on their codec which only works on Galaxy smartphones making their tws inferior in other phone in the market.
There are flagship devices from brands like Sony, Vivo almost supporting every latest codec in the market including Aptx Lossless.
But dear Samsung insists on usiny just a few.
Not only that, if you want to install Galaxy Wearable, you have to give a tons of access including photos etc. It keeps insisting you to give it especially permanently. There were discussions going on around these privacy issues on reddit.

Looks beautiful. Zero similarity with Apple Airpod. Only about time, Apple copies the gun metal/ dark grey color of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro.
In fact, apple airpod looks like cheap 10 USD TWS earphone, that can be easily found in many online commercial sites, Alibaba Amazon eBay Shopee etc.

It might seem like a minor issue, just some silly codecs, but if someone actually cares about this, they might give up what seems like the perfect phone, like the S24 Ultra, for something else. It's sad but also somewhat funny that manufacturers abandoned the 3.5mm jack in favor of promoting wireless technology and their own headphones, yet they can't provide high-quality sound in their products. Samsung's policy is really foolish, especially considering that older phones like the S6 had a jack and still had the basic APTX codec. While APTX doesn't support high-quality sound, it's still better than SBC. Yet, later phones like the S20 Ultra, which I owned, and probably also the S24 Ultra, judging by the specs, don't have even this basic codec...

I dunno, it all looks cheap to me.
The plasticky color, the Apple shape, the plasticky translucent color of the flap on the case.
It just looks cheap.

These Buds are horrible I was waiting this unpack for upgrade my actual buds but, I will not buy those apple imitation. So bad for samsung and by the way I'm a hard user of samsung but this year I will not buy nothing from them
