    - How old is your device?
    - How often do you use your builtin fan, dusts accumulate over time just like on a gaming laptop so you must use a compressed air can to clean it.
    - If its under warranty then send it to RedMagic support(email them) so they can repair it for you.

    My old Redmagic 6SPro fan has been cleaned for free by the RedMagic support team. And they send it back to me good as new.

      The Pro + it's the one I'd buy to future proof my purchase but they kept the best for themselves...

X70 Pro Series had D1200 Global & E1080 China and SD 888 which were already Problematic CPU. Some might say D1200 is way better than 888 & 1080 but Heating problems were visible during that time which was there in Nord 2. I have tested many Vivo Phones & updates way better than any other ones. V series gets best update experience. I was already looking forward to updates on X100 Ultra but sadly they aren't going global so I can't exactly prove cuz Origin OS Ocean is different & refined than Funtouch OS. Vivo said it'll release X110 Ultra globally seeing the success of X Fold 3 Pro.

They're only best when delivery in longer cycles... moreI would definitely disagree, especially given the poor software support and bugs that I've heard plenty of vivo smartphones have. I nearly bought the X70 Pro, until I saw the immense issues that some of its latest updates (at the time) brought. Samsung, Apple and Google are superior, but of course, not perfect. The software experience I had with the Samsung A71 was one of the best I've had, for example. Clean, smooth, barely any bugs and stutters

                        You battery degrade whether you using your phone or not.
                        Even if you keep your phone sealed in box for next 2-3 years in your closet battery will degrade trust me.
                        Fast charging or slow charging the impact on battery on a modern phone is the same.
                        We arent anymore in 2000-2015 era where batteries were afloating like baloons.
                        Like chargers and charging speeds improves batteries went and undergo many changes too. Its not a same battery as 5-10 or 20 years ago.
                        And in next 5-10 or 20 years your phone battery will be completelly different from what you have now.
                        At first there are glacier batteries by one plus at second within a year or two a BV100 made by a Chinese BetaVolt company will be real thing for use a first nuclear powered battery as big as batteries to power your pocket watch lasting 50+ years on charge.
                        Within next few years they will go ass market. Everything will change and will go better. Truust me.

                            My Red magic 9pro fan built in is not working anymore and im asking to repair it very badly cannot help no spare parts how zte do this thing ,they should have separate fan to self repair especially fan broke down
                            Now my solution is only use cooling fan case and go another brand

                              Former ROG Phone user here who switched to RedMagic since RedMagic 6 series.So far RedMagic's build quality, simplicity of their clean-fast-adfree software, and internal fan are way, way better than that of all my previous ROG Phones (3, 5S, 6D) which all had motherboard burnt issue just within several months of usage.

                              RedMagic also uses GaN(Galium Nitride) fast charger technology which are known to emit less heat and it auto switches to lower wattage depending on the battery percentage. Believe me, my old RM6SPro still has the best battery life even at this time.

                              Software updates, they're still updating my current RedMagic 7Pro. I received 2 updates from this year. Game features and security patch updates.

They don't test it frequently otherwise issues like battery life reduction, heating, Display Line, Performance Stutters, Gaming Performance Reduction wouldn't occur.

Charging a phone is a hassle irrespective of speed, it's like brushing your teeth, nobody likes it, but everyone has to do it. My biggest problem is not being able to replace the battery after a couple of years. Batteries tend to deteriorate after only one year, even if you're very careful with them.

Better to have those two groups stay there than join Redmagic etc. And then demand silly stuff like headphone jack removal, edge screens, OneUI, slower charging speeds, toning down of gamery design etc.
