It feels like an iPhone/Samsung clone that doesn't know what it is. The phone looks drab, cheap and uninspiring.. because it is. And now xiaomi removed offscreen function for YouTube because Google cried about it seeing as it conflicted with premium screen off function in YouTube. So now screen has to be on.. Google is wasting energy by forcing people to have screen on.. All for profit.. Screw the planet... Business comes first. They just make previously free options a feature then bill you for it when you need it the most.. and dumb snowflake generation accepts this. Same with all those IAPs and subscriptions.. for instance galaxy Ai.. Give you it free to start with.. Make you want it then hammer you for your cash for something that's trash anyway 🤣❄️

But probably at that prices, it will be low quality stuff. I don't think anyone will ever buy low quality foldable, as is more important to have good quality in this type of phones. Probably the same people who will buy Geely cheap car and say is Mercedes, lol.

Screen protectors are of the worst quality and in majority of times they decrease the actual usage of the display (touch is bad). Cases are the cheapest most average cases that you can find (clear case that in 2 months is completely yellowish). I never used this 2 components from the box, ever. I rather buy my own separate tempered glass or nice silicone case.
The charger I admit, is a nice thing to have, but only in case of Chinese phones, as majority have propriety standards. For Samsung or Apple is not that important, as you can buy and use just about any 20-25W third party charger and they cost 10-20EUR. Plus, once you buy it once you have it forever.
Also, I see the trend of removing chargers from the box has started also in Chinese phones. An example is the OnePlus Nord 4 (and is mid range device, not even flagship). I think is just a matter of time before Xiaomi, Motorola or other companies follow.

Especially people who buy high-end phones, as they are constantly chasing latest and greatest. So, for those people I am 100% sure, long software updates are useless and only marketing stuff.

Even iPhones nowadays are more affordable (not talking about latest models, but if somebody wants to enter IOS realm), as you can still buy some new iPhones like 11 or 12 or SE series, with 400-500EUR. Is not as cheap as Samsung A series (200-400EUR), but still is cheaper than 700+EUR starting prices of newest iPhone models.

Anonymous, 21 Jul 2024*Chinese foldables aren't made to last longer than it&... moremeanwhile every single samsung from note 3 to note 10, not even a year after update new software, issue come such as overheating, battery bloat, blackscreen after plug in micro usb (note 4, i got 2 units same issue ), spen bluetooth not function even only use 3-5 times not even a year (note 10+). Maybe you just lucky, samsung like you.
But i am still using my Oppo F3 for secondary from 2017 until today, my main Vivo X Fold gen 1 almost 2 years no issue, including inner screen still have good protector only got little scratch but i keep clean with soft cloth after use, in my experience samsung is worst, only software good but first time using it.

Only phone and socmed addicts thinks 50% charge per 30 minutes is not enough. Not to mention 67W Fast charging feature is a must feature for any innefficient UI (like HyperOS ). For worse case you get overheating battery as a bonus.

Battery hog HyperOS needs 20,000 maH to run like a norma phone

Better hardware camera is only good if it supported by good photo image processing software. In xiaomi case, the photo result looks mediocre.

HyperOS's bad RAM management needs 32GB of RAM minimum to run as smooth as Z Fold series. 16GB is just too small for any xiaomi phone
6) WiFi 7
When is the last time you have used WIFI connection with 9.5 Gbps of speed (WIFI 6e max speed) ? Most of internet provider are not even giving speed that surpass the WIFI 6e max speed. WIFI 6e is enough for most people.
7) The latest Bluetooth 5.4 standards,

Lol you are talking like Samsung doesnt have fingerprint reader. Some samsung phone use underdisplay fngerprint, some phone use side fingerprint sensor, it depends on design purpose. Speaking of innovation, Samsung first ultrasonic fingerprint reader implemented in 2019. Which xiaomi phone had ultrasonic fingerprint back then in 2019?

I was hoping that samsung would make the front screen bigger.
